Question
I bought a used fender that has no rust or dents. However, it is painted white and my car is painted red. In order to paint the fender red what do I have to do to the fender before i prime/paint it?

ALEX.....CLEAN THE FENDER WITH SOAP AND WATER GOOD. REMOVE ALL GRIME FROM INSIDE AND OUT SIDE.
SCRUB IT DOWN WITH AJAX AND WATER...RINSE CLEAN.
SCUFF FENDER WITH 180 GRIT AND THEN CLEAN WITH WAX AND GREASE REMOVER
PRIME
SAND WITH 220/320 GRIT
PAINT
GOOD LUCK
