i have a question reguarding my 95 eclipse. i paid a idiot to put a clutch in my car and he left the top tranny mount off and no bolts where in motor mount at back of motor and i did not know these had been left off until 3 days later. after picking my car up from shop i put it in reverse and it did loud clang and speedometer quit working. i was wondering if you had any ideas on what might have made speedometer quit working and what i need to get to have my dad fix it

MY BEST ADVICE IS TO TAKE THE CAR TO A TRANSMISSION SHOP AND HAVE IT REPAIRED RIGHT.
THEN CALL THE GUY WHO INSTALLED THE TRANNY AND ASK IF HE WILL BE PAYING FOR IT.

OPTION 2   TAKE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER AND HAVE HIM FIX THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE TO YOU.
