Question

my car
How do cars get tire marks on them? I was in a car accident, I have tire marks on the back passenger side... trying to figure out how they got there IF I had hit him.... I say he hit me and he says I hit him.

Answer
MICHELLE.....TIRE MARKS CAN BE SCUFFED BY RUBBING A CURB,AND COLLISION DAMAGE.
IF YOU WERE MOVING WHEN THE IMPACT OCCURRED YOU CANNOT DETERMINE THIS BY TIRE DAMAGES.

BY LOOKING AT THE DAMAGES MY OPINION IS THAT HE HIT YOU......JUST MY 2 CENTS.
