Question
Hi, i am interested in fitting a led fog light on the rear of a vx commodore (Australian car) i need to cut the vehicle boot in order  to mount the light, the cut will be a simple rectangle shape, what is the best way to cut the bodywork?
Thanks

Answer
Hello Hayden

The short answer is to use a cardboard simulation as a template. Use a 'nibbler' , not a panel cutter or a torch, the later two are a bit to powerful for this size of an operation. Under cut the hole first and then use a file or some other rendition of a finesse tool to get the exact sized hole.

Hope this helps

Good luck
