on the following item it says it does not have a hole for side lamp for the fender, is it going to be available space for through hole, by drilling it your self?:

Sorry for the delay
Yes. The side light should come with a template for you to measure and pencil in.
You need to  cut out the area. The space will not be a problem, but be sure to under cut at first and then file it out to be sure of a tight fit
