Question
Can I  get  glazing putty for body repair in  a black color or how can I make it black? I want it to blend in with  a black gel coat  unpainted fiberglass fender. I don't like he gray or green showing trough after I sand it.

Answer
Hi Richard,

To my knowledge there are no black glaze putties on the market. You could blend it with gel-coat since both products require M.E.K.P to catalyze. However, it will be much harder to sand than the glaze putty would be. And depending on who you buy the gel from it may or may not need a wax solution added for air drying. My advise would be use the glaze putty as is.
