Question
I have a 67 Cougar that I am going to replace the vinyl top but I can't seem to figure out how to remove the stainless trim on the roof sides without damaging it. Do you have any tips? Thanks  Jim

Answer
In the corners, towards the back, you will find nuts to remove in the trunk area. The rest should pop off with a trim tool or screw driver. Whichever you use, be careful not to bend the edges. I believe Ford used 9/32 nuts on their molding clips back then.
