Question
We are getting ready to paint our car and really liked the water affect on the paint job that Chip Foose done on a car. We would really like to know how to do that

Answer
I did not see that job, but it may be a pearl that is under a candy coat. This will give an illusion under the candy that really moves when it drives by. To do this requires a base coat and then a metallic pearl coat that wil then topcoated with a candy coat that is coated at least 3 coats and then cleared.
