Auto body repair & detailing/Clear coat

Question
I shot a base coat then I sprayed a clear coat.
In the clear coat there are specks. Some junk may have blown on the wet coat.  Can I sand it and re-apply a clear coat.  Also I over shot on to the windshield.  How can I clean the clear coat that is on the windshield?

Answer
sorry it took so long, Internet problems. The clear coat should be wetsanded with 1500 grit until the kecks go away unless you only put on 2 medium coats. If you thinks that you are getting close to sanding thru, then stop and either repaint and clear or deal with the dirt. Next time you paint, try putting some water on the floor. It keeps the dirt down. Remove the clear off the glass with either overspray clay of laquer thinner.
