Auto body repair & detailing/Dried Wax removal

Hello Mr Jensen how to I go about removing the white colored dried wax residue from the black trim around my mirrors and side mouldings ? I own a 2005 Hyundai Tucson and the color is red.

Answer
Your best bet is a very stiff plastic bristle brush and some all purpose cleaner.  Don't brush back and forth, crunch straight down on the area over and over.  The bristle have to chisel out the wax from the small depressions.  It's a pain, but there's no other way I've found to do it.  Until it's dry you won't know if it really got the job done or you need to redo an area.
