Question
The door will not open with outside or inside handle.
Can it be opened with out damage to the door?

Usually you can remove the trim panel with minimal damage.It is difficult but it can be done.You could wedge between the door glass and the door with a block of wood and spray some sort of penetrant such as PB Blaster at the latch and try to free it up if it is rusted.Work the key and handles at the same time and it may just pop open for you.
