Question
The other day my 1995 Honda Civic EX was in a accident. The driver's side rear quarter panel is damaged, as well as the bumper and I believe some damage to the unibody occured. Kelly blue books would value my car around a fair value (3280) my question is: Would a repair on this car be worth it consisering reapir cost/time.
The man who hit me, his insurance company should either pay for repairs or total the car, do you believe they would total it or repair it, Also what is your estimate on repair cost, paint etc.

Answer
It is impossible to give an estimate without seeing the damage, or having more of a discription ie... floor, frame rail, rear body panel or deck lid damage etc. Judging from your description you have approx a $3000 repair. Most insurance companies total a vehicle at 80% of its value  some total at a 100%.
