My question to you is in the winter,I am looking for a spray car wax that last long as liquid wax.Can you please provide me with the name of the spray car wax that will satisfy my choice.Next question is which tire shine provides extremely wet shine on tires.I have exterior car trim that looks faded,how would I restore the shine to it.

To my knowledge there is no spray wax that lasts very long, and I wouldn't recommend using any.  The Meguiar's tire dressing or Eagle One is very good, just make sure it isn't the low shine or matte finish type, and you can use it on your trim, just read the instructions.
