Auto body repair & detailing/Leakage problem.

Question
I have a 1992 toyota MR-2. It's a t-top. The passenger side door leaks when it rains. the leak is a steady drip, and luckily i have a seat cover that soaks up the rain(mostly). I think that it might be the weather moulding, but i'm not sure if the t-tops might have something to do with it as well. Is there any insight that you can give me for this problem, like a quick fix until it can be repaired? How much will this cost to repair? Also is it better to get this done by the factory?

Answer
It probably need a new weatherstrip or a adjustment of the t-tops. Try to pin point the leak by spraying with a garden hose and use some silicone to seal the leak. Yes it is better to take it to a dealership because they may have had this problem before if it is common, and may be able to help you to a faster result.
