How do I remove the passenger Front Fender from a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT

Darren first remove the wheel liner then the head light then let the bumper loose by removing the bolts from in side the fender the remove the bolts along the top then you have a few in the bottom  then open the door and you have a few more bolts then it should come off.
