Hi,

I need to replace the weatherstrip molding on a 2004 Honda CRV driver side door. It looks to me that the black robber weatherstrip comes with the gray plastic molding.
Please tell me what I should do.
Is this a dealer part only, because I am looking for original part replacement.

This is quite possible. A lot of newer vehicles are now incorporating the weatherstrip with a moulding. More than likely this is a dealer item only. Most aftermarket stores don't specialize in weatherstrips. If they do, generally it is a universal type product. You can also check at your local auto wrecker, although sometimes what they supply is in more disrepair than what you allready have. If you are looking for OEM parts, Your Honda dealer is the place to start. Hope this helps.
