Auto body repair & detailing/door panel

Question
Hi Ken:

My husband is trying to remove interior door panel on our 1995 Cadillac to fix the passenger window that will not operate. He thinks it is the small electrical motor. Can you let us know how to remove this panel. He doesn't see any screws or clips.

Thanks for your help.

Sincerely,
Louan Warner

Answer
You must look hard for screws hidden under the handle etc.  Then lightly pry at the door pad with a flat screw driver and look between the door and door pad with a flash light to see the clips that hold the pad on. Then just pry your way around the whole door pad. Hope this helps this is not a easy fix. Also yes there is a small electric motor.
         Thank you for the question!
