Question
The front bumper of my car was scraped and I was wanting to fix it and repaint the area. Will I need to sand the area or what? Its rough. Then I repaint it with paint to match the car? Is this expensive?
Thanks

Answer
Since it is ABS plastic make sure you sand is all the way down to 320 grit, make sure you primer and repaint with a flex additive in the paint to ensure that it will not crack in the future. It is hard to give you a price becaue body repair is different all over the U.S. In New York where I work a small bumper repair will run you anywhere from 200.00 to 500.00 in a bodyshop.
