Auto body repair & detailing/headlight pushed back

Question
I have a 01 honda civic.  Recently I hit a guard rail going around 15-20mph.  The headlight was pushed almost one inch back and now points slightly down.  How can I fix this myself or how long would it take a professional to fix it.

Answer
You could take out the head light and see what is bent and un-bend it. Or you could adust the head light using the adjusting screws. Just pull your car about 10 feet away from a garage door or a wall and start turning the screws and see which way the light moves once you figure wich way to turn the screws adjust the headlight to the right level. To adjust the headlights it would take a pro a 1/2 hour but to fix your car would take more time and maybe some parts.
          Thank you for the question!
