Question
My hood is out of alignment, 1/8th inch too high on
the passenger side rear corner near windshield, and,on the same side in front corner its down just under 1/8th. all other gaps seem good and even. How do I adjust this. I see no damage or bends in metal. Also, can my rear bumper be adjusted up on one side. it is lower by just a 1/4 inch.

Answer
Mike, you are being too pickey with your truck. Trucks are utility vehicles, and your modle of Silverado has poor allignment qualities. It's not a BMW, its a truck. The bumper has little adjustment, and is really a pain to get perfect. It may require removal of the grille, and it's easy to throw the other side out when correcting  the opposite side. I suggest taking it to a body shop, they can get it pretty close, and should do it for under 50 bucks. Bill
