Auto body repair & detailing/paint removal from bumper

Question
My wife has latex paint from a wall she hit on her bumper. The car is a 1997 cadillac deville concours and is dark green. One suggestion I received was to use a cloth with mineral spirits.

What would you recommend?

Answer
Try the mineral spirits, but it may take lacquer thinner to take it off.  The paint is pretty tough, but get a clean soft rag and dab the latex paint with it and it should come right off.  When all the paint is off the bumper, get a clean spot on the rag wet with the thinner, and make one more pass over the area to get it clean, then get some wax and give it a little elbow grease and it will bring back the shine, because the thinner will make it look a little dull.
Hope that helps.
