Hi, im starting a bodyshop what do you feel is the best way to pay the 2 guys im looking to hire to the my jobs?

In the old days, the tech got %50 of the labor and health ins. Plus paid vacation after one year. Now with the rising cost of doing business, taxes, utilities, equipment ect., pay them what you can afford and still make a profit. %38 to %45 is very fair with ins.
