Question
Hi, I have a 97 Altima GXE.  The car has chrome trims around the windows and around the tires.  The ones around the tires are scratched so I wish to remove them.

The following link contains pictures of the trims.

Clarification requests or redirection are both welcome.

Much appreciated,
James

Answer
If the ones around the tires dont have screws in the wheel wells, then they are held on with 2 side tape. Simply pull them off, and spend hours trying to remove the adhesive tape. You will need some 3m adhesive remover, and loads of paper towels. A plastic scraper will aid greatly. I don't know what you are asking about the moding around the windows. Please clarify. Bill
