Question
I was just wondering what is the best way to strip paint off my 68 C10?  I have seen articles that say don't use chemical strippers and some that say do. With your experience which is the best way?

Answer
Joey-

Chemical stripper is a very effective way of removing paint and saving a ton of dust, work, and money on sandpaper. The main reason people say not to use chemical stripper is for environmental reasons. Look into media blasting. The sandpaper is too much work/mess and the chemical stripper is dangerous and also messy. The media blasting may cost a bit more but is worth it. Mark
