Question
Have a 2006 mustang gt that has ether tar or sap down the side.I cant tell what it is.Iwas forced to go down a newly paved road about a week ago,so i think its something that was on the road.Cant see it really well but you can feel it.It looks yellow or brownish,but it is only down the side.Not on top.

Try some lacquer thinner on a clean terry cloth rag.  Lightly rub it on a small area and see if it removes it.  Restore the dull area created with some wax/polish.  If it comes off easy you may want to remove it with Stonex Tarminator Spray.
