AutoCAD/Changing Attribute by double-clicking

Question
I know you are familiar with the below process but just to give you an idea of my process flow:
I have two title blocks side by side where I have several attributes contained as one block so when I double-click on a attribute for that block, the Attribute boxes come up in list form. This is where I will enter and hit return to the next attribute field. So my question is how can I update both title blocks with one run through my Attribute fields. Double-clicking to start the annotation would be the most efficient operation for our team since there is about 8- fields that are the same between both title blocks instead of typing a bunch of commands.

Answer
This would require a lisp routine that would allow for selection of both blocks and prompt for the attributes in some modified order and consolidate them based on tags.
It is certainly doable, not as a double-click, but as a command. But it's beyond the scope of any free advice I can provide due to the time required to implement.
