Question

Hello Scott, I am trying to customize our inhouse cui menu file. Our IT boys are too busy right now and can not help me for two months. I can modify tool bars but I am having trouble in adding code to the pull down menu. I used to use notepad to edit, but now I am lost. See attached file, "partial.txt." I am now sure where to add an additional client logo? Can you help...

Answer
If your old .mns file still reflects the current state of your menu, you can use notepad to add the menu item and re-import it.
If your .mns is out of date, use the CUI command to customize the pull-down. Navigate to the location of the pull-down in the CUI editor tree and right click to add an item. After you add the item, you enter the code on the right side of the CUI editor. Moving items is a drag-and-drop operation. Click the APPLY button often, as the CUI editor is known to crash often.
