Question
Hi!  i want to copy the text from the excel file and paste into the autocad2008 file, is there any easy way i can do instead of copy and paste

Answer
Raja, my apologies for the delay. To answer your question...No, however you can link your data in excel then automatically propagate any changes directly in Autocad. To do this, Copy (ctrl+c) in selected cells in Excel, then Paste Special w/ Paste Link option in Autocad under Edit pull down.
From here on, any changes done in that particular excel document will be reflected in that Autocad drawing.
