QUESTION: I want any tutorials for accessing Architecture objects and their properties using Lisp or Visual Lisp or VBA any tutorial to modify the properties and access them would be very helpful.

ANSWER: I don't understand what exactly you mean by "accessing architecture objects".  Are you trying to modify their properties using Lisp programs?

You're talking about some pretty serious work there.  I'd suggest looking at Autodesk.com and checking out Ask Amy.  She has a lot of tutorials and I think there are a few that show you how to modify existing walls.  Best thing to do is to copy the existing walls, rename them, and then modify them so you don't mess with the original styles.  

You're looking at something that's covered in an intermediate to advanced level Autocad Architecture class.  I really don't think it's something that's meant to be covered on this site.

Check out Autodesk.com and look in the architectural section for Ask Amy.

Another place I'd highly recommend is the Autodesk Users Group International forums over at AUGI.com.  Register with them (it's free) and you'll be able to see their ATP courses and you should be able to find a course on creating wall types for Autocad Architecture.
