I have just installed the Autocad MEP. i want to draw electrical cable tray system in 2D & 3D. Is there any provision in Autocad MEP. where can find the tutorials of it specifically Electrical point of view.

The cable trays should be in an electrical tool palette in your Autocad MEP.  Take a look at the tutorials that come with the software for lessons on cable trays.  You'll probably have to download a very large file or multiple files and then unzip them but, it will be well worth your time and effort.  

Finding a reseller with an application engineer that can actually teach this part of the software would be rare.
