Question I am currently working with AutoCAD MEP 2009 and converting files to be plotted with Adobe Acrobat 9 Extended Pro. When the files are converted all my text set on center or (middle) justification move. These documents print perfect in CAD I cannot figure out why they move and how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Answer Hi Zac,
Thanks for the question. It seems like some of the pdf issues have gotten better in ACAD 2010, but that is not too helpful to you. There is one trick that I know of that will clean this up for you, but it does take an extra step.
Rather than plotting direct to the pdf, plot first to dwf. Then from the dwf viewer plot to pdf. I believe this will clean this up for you. Using publish will speed that process up even a bit more.
Hope that helps!
