Question
Hello, I have installed Autocad2007 & 2008. I am not getting the std. pulldown menu. Menus available on header are File,View,Windows,Help.
File- Pull down menues are normal.
View- Shows Toolbars button only, but it is ineffective. Nothing happens after clicking.
Windows- Pull down menues are normal.
Help- Pull down menues are normal.

Right clicking on empty header space has no effect, so toolbars can be customized. I have tried to load acad.mnu file, this is not available in acad folder.
I have to totally depend upon keyin commands to get the work done. Please suggest me how to customize toolbars.
One more thing- Autocad-2005 was working fine on my machine, had standard toolbars.

Answer
The ACAD menu is stored in the documents and settings folder structure. instead of trying to find it, why don't you try this- turn your FILEDIA off, then do a MENU ACAD at the command line without specifying a path.

If that doesn't work use windows explorer to search for it, making sure you are searching for hidden files and folders too.
