AutoCAD/Wheel mouse zoom direction

Question
Hello,
I am running AutoCAD 2004 with a wheel mouse. The default setting zooms out when the wheel is pulled back. This is the opposite of SolidWorks and I prefer to pull back to zoom in. I have been through all of the settings menus I can find and have not been able to locate how to switch direction for the wheel zoom. Is there a way to switch the zoom direction in this version?
Thank You,
Steve

Answer
Hey Steve,

I've never seen a setting for doing this inside of Autocad, you might want to check with the actual drivers for the mouse.  I feel your pain though, I use NavisWorks and it's totally different as well.  When I roll my wheel forward, it rotates the whole model forward..

It does get confusing for sure.  NavisWorks does have ways to change these settings, I just need to get into them deeper.

The command in your mouse driver (IF it's there) would be to invert the wheel.

Hope that helps and good luck.
