Answer
I really hate to give this as an answer but, sometimes it's the fastest and easiest thing to do.  I would do a complete uninstall and then make sure it's a clean uninstall.  Do a search on clean uninstall Autocad on your favorite search engine and follow exactly what it says.  This will get anything out of the registry that might be causing this problem.

When you complete the clean uninstall, restart your computer and install Autocad.

Hopefully that will take care of the problem.
