AutoCAD/plotting cut short

Question
I am using autocad lt 2009 and HP 610 44" plotter. When I first started it worked fine. Now only about 10" of plot works, then the plotter cut the sheet. Do you know of any solution. HP tried but said it was a software problem.

Answer
Hi William,

I don't know how much help I can be, but start by going into ACADs Plotter manager and double click on the plotter. Go to the Device and Document Settings tab and make sure you have the correct page size in there. You may need to create your own custom if it will allow. The advantage of that is you can set your margin size.  If you can get this far, create a page set-up for your plotter using the custom page.

Hope that helps, if not and you want to take another try at it, how and what are you plotting? Is it model space? Paper space Layouts? Is there a page setup for the layout sheet?
