Question
When I try to print I can't find the option for 24X36 or 42X30. What should I do?

Answer
Hi Al,

Thanks for the question. Depending on the plotter, you can create a custom sheet size. This can also be affected by the printer driver. We tell our HP800 it is a 750C so that we can do this. Just remember that as you create your page size the width of the sheet can't be larger than the paper width.

To create a paper size you can go to the PLOTTER MANAGER for the plotter. There is a tab with Device Settings, and down in the list is the place to create a custom size. If it is allowed, when you select on it there will be an ADD button that becomes active.

If this does not work for you then you might be able to select ANSI E (34x44) to plot the larger size. ANSI D is 22x34 there is an oversize option on many plotters. I'm not sure if that will fit your smaller one.

You may have to do some trimming.

Hope that helps!
