We are in the stone age here and use 2000i. How do you get this to default to view LIST instead of PREVIEW in the select file box?

Hi --

If I understand this, you want the list of files to show when you are in the Open File or Save dialog boxes, rather than seeing icons which represent previews.

To me, this is purely a Windows question, nothing to do with AutoCAD --
When the dialog box opens, right click in it and choose VIEW >> List (or Details, which might be my choice)

Watch that Stone Age -- your competitors might be up to the Bronze Age by now, lol.
