Question
QUESTION: I have a HP DESIGNJET 510 42" installed on autocad 2010 as a system printer (HDI driver dose't exist). So i can't add more than 5 custom paper sizes in the plotter custom proprieties . Is there any other method to add more custom paper sizes to make easier plotting with publisher .

Hopefully you went to: Conrol Panel; Printers and tried to create the paper size there first.  Did you do that?

QUESTION: If you mean in the HP designjet proprieties panel, I said that i can create only 5 personnel paper sizes but i need more . If you mean some thing different, i didn't do it.

Here's what I found out:

It's an HP System printer driver limit.

For AutoCAD, create one PC3 file for each custom size and you can have as
many as you need in your plotter manager. Naming convention comes in handy here.
