sir, plz explain how cube,solid circle and parabola is drawn in auto cad with detail.

There are several ways to accomplish this. Autocad can either create 3d solids or surfaces.
The misconception is that, sure Autocad can do all these things but then what. In reality, it's useless. It requires a lot of work just to modify your model, no parametrics, no assembly features, etc...The 3d tools in Autocad 2011 has been revamped tremendously but it's still not untuitive as other full pledge 3d solutions. If you would like to work in a 3d environment, use Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, or Solid Works.
