AutoCAD/acad2000-plotting

Question
Bob-I am using acad2000-setting up plotting-section on first
page asks-"what to Plot"- it has "selected tab" and "current
tab".  I select "current tab" and that works fine, but then
goes back to "select tab". It should lock in and stay there.
On the second page it has save layout which I check.  When I
chose "window" and then go to view- it goes back to the
first page and I have to start all over.  how do I get it to
stay in "current tab".

Answer
Hey John,

I think I'm going to have to recommend throwing this one back in the question pool.  I guess it's been too long since I used Acad 2000 to remember anything about current tabs and even the select tab in the "what to plot" box.

Currently, Acad has selections like layout, display, extents, and window.  The way you would save them is to go into page setup manager from the model/layout icons at the bottom of the drawing area screen.

If you right click on one of the tabs, you should be able to set up your drawing so it plots to the same plotter and everything.

I just don't recall how that worked back in 2000.

Have you tried anything to do with your page setups?

Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
