Question
when plotting-the "what to plot" does not allow me to lock
into "current tab"-not "selected tab"I checked off save this
layout, but when I plot a window and go to full view before
plotting, it goes back to the first page set-up and "select
tab" is marked again- how do I lock it in or save the
setting?
I was notified that I had an answer to this question already
and was told to click on the link which did not work and I
then I typed in the link and still no answer. This is a
great sight-hope I can get answers-Thanks

Answer
Hey John,

I'm trying to understand your question but, it's a bit confusing.  What version of Autocad are you running?  Is it 2000??

Under the What to Plot tab, you should see Display, Extents, Limits, and Window.  I don't recall having ever seen anything about current tabs or selected tabs.

Can you post an image of what's going on?  Use a screen capture program and save it as a .jpg and send that.

I used Autocad 2000 but it sure was a LONG time ago.  Usually we can help out with a lot of earlier version software but, you've lost me on this one.

Talk to you soon,

Paul
