AutoCAD/Hatch area in PDF display unwanted lines

Question
I am supporting users in Autocad 2011.
Hatch/shaded areas in floor plans, when converted to PDF show unwanted lines, in viewing and printing. View in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.3.4
User can view the .dwg file ok without lines in the hatch areas, when saving/converting to .pdf, lines appear.
This is a major issue since the .pdf needs to be manipulated by marketing dept for presentations and brochures.
There is one user with Acrobat Pro version 9.3.3 where the lines do not appear in the saved to .pdf. This user is the creator of the .dwg, and then saves to .pdf
Any assistance or direction will be appreciated.

Answer
Sorry, I put this aside for a day, trying to be sure I gave a decent answer.

First of all, I wonder if yours is a support question for Adobe, since your 2 versions give different results.
I am not your guy if the Adobe is the problem

Then, I must tell you that I am a couple of releases behind, so I have not "saved or converted" drawings to pdfs, merely plotted them to a pdf printer.

Thus, I am sending you to the Autodesk print and plot group -- if you search, someone may have had your same problem -- otherwise, post your question.

Meanwhile,
Has anyone tried another pdf plotter?
Does the Acad file print right to PAPER, non-pdf?
Obviously, the guy with the older Acrobat has to do all the pdf stuff for now.
It COULD BE that there are errors in the hatch that one version overlooks, another Adobe is picking up on -- could be a setting in Adobe, or ?????
Would the marketing dept benefit from Autodesk Design Review (free)?

Good luck that's all I have --- some hints
