Question
I really have a hard time in plotting this bearings:

294.33@<S167d33'W
232.05@<S171d21'W
47.5@<N153d11'W
99.01@<N140d19'W
42.21@<N150d01'W
114.90@<N97d05'W

The error says: 2D Point Option required.
I already set my units command in this:

Length:

Type: Decimal
Precision: 0.0000

Angle:

Type: Surveyor's Units
Precision: N0d00'E

Clockwise

Direction: North

Insertion scale: Meters

I see two problems here.

1.  Try to keep your angles to less than 90 degrees (acute angles only).  Every one of the values you have in your example is over 90 degrees.

2.  The format is incorrect.  It  should be as follows:  @262.76<N87d32'44"W

I will attempt to attach an image with this response.

I hope my explanation was sufficient for you to understand.  Let me know how it goes.

I looked at the image online, and It comes out difficult to read.  However, it is barely readable.  Look at the survey angles closely and see that none of the angle shown are obtuse (greater than 90 degrees).  I am not presented with a method of replacing the image. in my follow-up.

Expertise

I can address all 2-D questions and some 3-D questions. I do programming in AutoLISP if it doesn`t involve solid modeling. I can also address menu customization issues and can help you find answers to questions I can`t answer by taking your question directly to Autodesk via their newsgroups.

Experience

I used to do electronic and mechanical design for a flat panel monitor manufacturer, and now I do architectural drafting for an architect. I did and do AutoLISP and menu customization and take pride in making my lisp routines to do the work exactly the way the client likes them done.

Publications
I had a routine published in CADENCE magazine (no longer in publication and taken over by CADALYST). Some of my routines are published on my website at http://my.sterling.net/~bdeshawn
