Question

Dear Bill:

I'll try again.

Maybe you can answer this:

I want to create "photodrawings."  That is high resolution photographs (.jpegs) with (beside) technical drawing (made in AutoCAD.)  The finished product...in a .pdf file format.  All I get is lousy photos so far...using "imageattach" command.  And exporting in various formats.

Very truly yours,

Sheldon Goodman

Darn it!

Your website doesn't allow for uploading .dwg files.

It seems very thorough.  But if you still have questions, let me know.

Also, if you want to send me files, go to my website, and have an email program on your computer (not webmail like gmail or yahoo mail), click on the email (rotating "e") icon, and your computer will start a message to my email address.  I don't post email addresses anymore in these forums, because when I used to do that I would get a lot of SPAM.

Expertise

I can address all 2-D questions and some 3-D questions. I do programming in AutoLISP if it doesn`t involve solid modeling. I can also address menu customization issues and can help you find answers to questions I can`t answer by taking your question directly to Autodesk via their newsgroups.

Experience

I used to do electronic and mechanical design for a flat panel monitor manufacturer, and now I do architectural drafting for an architect. I did and do AutoLISP and menu customization and take pride in making my lisp routines to do the work exactly the way the client likes them done.

Publications
I had a routine published in CADENCE magazine (no longer in publication and taken over by CADALYST). Some of my routines are published on my website at http://my.sterling.net/~bdeshawn
