ANSWER: Here are the requirements straight from Autodesk:

For 32-bit AutoCAD 2014
•Windows® 8 Standard, Enterprise, or Professional edition, Windows® 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium edition (compare Windows versions), or Windows XP® Professional or Home edition (SP3 or later) operating system
•For Windows 8 and Windows 7: Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon™ dual-core processor, 3.0 GHz or higher with SSE2 technology
•For Windows XP: Pentium 4 or Athlon dual-core processor, 1.6 GHz or higher with SSE2 technology
•2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)
•6 GB free disk space for installation
•1,024 x 768 display resolution with true color (1,600 x 1,050 recommended)
•Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7 or later web browser
•Install from download or DVD

For 64-bit AutoCAD 2014
•Windows 8 Standard, Enterprise, or Professional edition, Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium edition (compare Windows versions), or Windows XP Professional (SP2 or later)
•Athlon 64 with SSE2 technology, AMD Opteron™ processor with SSE2 technology, Intel® Xeon® processor with Intel EM64T support and SSE2 technology, or Pentium 4 with Intel EM64T support and SSE2 technology

•6 GB free space for installation
•1,024 x 768 display resolution with true color (1,600 x 1,050 recommended)

Intel Pentium 4 is recommended for your processor. Windows 8 is fine. 4G ram is minimum. Your video card may not be sufficient. This is where you can check it out:

QUESTION: how to download autocad 2014  full version?please give me the best way

Answer
The best way is to be an AutoCAD subscription customer. Then you would log into the subscription center from Autodesk.com and you should see that you have downloads available. I am not sure how they offer ACAD that is not on subscription, but I would think they would send a link. It takes a while to get it downloaded and installed. You can always request a disk if you have purchased ACAD.

If you are a subscription customer, and there is a CAD Manager who is in charge of the downloads, they can create a deployment. They set everything up for how you will work. Then when you install it only takes about 20 minutes.

Hope that helps!
