Question
I have heard that there are jobs in the medical field for AutoCad professionals. (To simulate an operation etc...) Can you give me more info on that? Where do I find jobs like that?

Thanks

Answer
Hi --
Well, I wish I were the Man of All Answers, but I am not.
(Your questions is fairly unusual to pose to an Interior Designer like me)
Not knowing anything about your qualifications and experience, I could not be specific anyway, but here are some educated comments, on the way to help you find your answer:
1-- As for AutoCAD in medical, I think it would be used to design the hospital or medical building.
2-- Perhaps the person who gave you this information meant that persons who are good at Acad might easily learn software meant to model medical operations etc -- perhaps with 3D Studio Max? or with ??  Autocad draws lines best, not arteries.
3-- You are not the only one to write in "where can I find jobs..." without giving his qualifications and location, but I hope you see those are paramount.
4-- If you are clever about wording of Google searches, you can find ANYTHING -- <<autocad medical >> got me trade schools and information on designing medical equipment, so you need different questions.
SO -- pay attention to #2 above, it is your key.  Check with hospitals, schools and colleges, medical websites, and so on. I promise you, it aint plain AutoCAD for simulated operations, but it might be MAX.
Good luck.

I am good at helping Architects and Interior Designers who are intimidated by Autocad, ADT, etc. to feel comfortable, get things done. If you are in another field, I will do what I can for you. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS TO QUESTIONER-- MOST DON'T FOLLOW THEM, AND IT MAKES IT VERY HARD TO ANSWER WELL-- THANKS
