AutoCAD/AutoCAd 2002 Tutorial
Expert: Bob - 4/26/2004
QuestionGood Day to you Sir! I have autocad 2002 software and I wanted to learn this stuff in my home because autocad tutorials in some universities here in the philippines are quite expensive and books sold on the bookstores are also expensive. I've been looking on the net to have a free Autocad 2002 tutorial ebook and I found nothing. Are there sites that provide free ebooks on autocad 2002? And do you know their websites? Thanks a lot!
AnswerHi -- I am sorry that I just received the question today.
If you do a search for AutoCAD or CAD, you will find free tutorials on the web-- Autodesk.com, tenlinks.com,cadalyst magazine online will help.
However, if you really want to use the program, purchase at least one comprehesive book (usually Mastering AutoCAD 2002 by Omura) and one book geared to whatever your field might be-- architecure, engineering, etc. Most people are best to take a course at a school to begin. You waste your expensive time if you do not invest in some education. It normally takes a year or two to become accomplished, even when one uses it every day.
When you begin to get functional, start to create projects using the program.
I do not think paying $30 for a used book is expensive.
If you do not want to use AutoCAD for your profession, your way is OK.
