AutoCAD/Batch file conversion?

Question
Is there a way to convert multiple .dwgs to a different .dwg format? I have a large number of 2007 format dwgs that I need to convert to 2005 for a project. I'm dreading the idea of opening each one and doing a "save as", and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this.

Thanks!

Answer
Grant,

I had to convert Helix legacy files into autocad, on over 3000+ drawings. The process consisted of converting from dxf, auditing, purging out unreferenced files, & also exporting to DWF. It took me about 1 week to transition from one platform to the other using a software called multi-batch. It's inexpensive & executes batch jobs effortlessly - I completed the job days ahead of schedule. So, hope this helps!
