AutoCAD/Global Plotting Settings on AutoCad LT2005

Question
I am trying to get Page Setup Manager Settings to apply globally.  I can open a legacy drawing (previously created on AutoCad LT97), make new Page Setup Manager profiles for differing plot sizes without a problem.  If I then open a different legacy drawing, none of the previously made Page Setup Manager Profiles are available.

Is there any way to make these Page Setup Manager Profiles apply globally, so that when I open any legacy drawing and click on the plot icon I can just pull down the Page Setup Manager Profile I desire?

Unfortunately, Autocad doesn't work that way. But i think the command in Autocad is 'psetupin'. This imports 'Page Setup' settings in your custom templates. Not really sure if this is available in Lite version.

Another way to customize this is to create a lisp (or integrate it w/ in VBA) routine utilizing the psetupin command, that gets executed after a drawing is opened. Hope this helps.
