Question
As BPO is incresaing in India. how you feel the development of india in design outsourcing in the future. whether on incresing cadre or decreasing cadre.

Answer
Personally, this is such a touchy subject for all designers alike here in the US. However, from a corporate standpoint - ofcourse it's a different perspective. Some of my coleages have switched professions & some have relocated due to the effects of BPO. But as our economy slowly rebuild itself, technology advancements (cad softwares), & gov. providing assistance/merits to businesses NOT opting for BPO solutions, this will hopefully achieve a balance sometime & render a win-win situation internally & mutually for our countries. Until then, I'll just keep on truckin' & do what i do best!
